The Giants got completely destroyed at Lambeau Field yesterday as both the offfense and defense sucked!  Eli Manning was awful as he completed 17 of 33  passes for 301 yards with 2 TD passes and 4 INTs.  He also carried the ball 1 time for 12 yards yesterday.  Brandon Jacobs led the way on the ground for the Giants in this game with 47 yards on 8 carries (5.9 ypc) but he lost a fumble.  Ahmad Bradshaw rushed for 31 yards on 12 carries (2.6 ypc) but he also caught 5 passes for 41 yards (8.2 avg).  Bradshaw also lost a fumble in this game. The defense was absolutely pathetic yesterday for the Giants!  Safety Kenny Phillips (10 tackles), LB Jonathan Goff (9 tackles) and DE Justin Tuck (7 tackles, 2 tackles for a loss, 1 sack and 2 QB hits) came to play a bit but no one else on the D did.  The Packers finished up with 119 yards rushing on 35 carries (3.4 ypc) and they also completed 25 of 37 passes for 396 yards.  The Giants are now 9-6 on the season and they need a win and help next weekend to make the playoffs.

The Giants had an EPIC MELTDOWN last Sunday at home against the Eagles.  The Giants were up 31-10 with only 8:17 left in this game and that’s when things went south.  Michael Vick threw 2 TD passes and he ran for a TD to tie the game up with 1:45 left in the game.  The Giants then got stopped and forced to punt the ball with mere seconds left on the clock.  Tom Coughlin wanted rookie punter Matt Dodge to kick the ball out of bounds but instead he kicked it right to DeSean Jackson who returned it 65 yards for a TD as time expired!

Eli Manning had a great game last Sunday as he completed 23 of 39 passes for 289 yards with 4 TD passes and 1 INT.  Ahmad Bradshaw led the ball on the ground with 66 yards rushing on 19 carries (3.5 ypc) and he also caught 2 passes for 14 yards (7.0 avg).  Brandon Jacobs pitched in with 34 yards rushing on 12 carries (2.8 ypc) in this game.  Mario Manningham (8 rec, 113 yards, 2 TDs), Hakeem Nicks (6 rec, 63 yards, TD) and Kevin Boss (3 rec, 59 yards, TD) led the way in the passing game for the Giants.  The Giants finished up with 100 yards rushing on 31 carries (3.2 ypc) and they also completed 23 of 39 passes for 264 yards.

The defense was great for 3 quarters and 6 minutes in this game and then they sucked!  DE Justin Tuck led the way for the Giants’ D in this game with 7 tackles, 2 tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks and 3 QB hits.  Safety Kenny Phillips (4 tackles, 2 fumble recoveries) and CB Corey Webster (interception) also helped out on D in this game.  The Eagles finished up with 197 yards rushing on 21 carries (9.4 ypc) and they also completed 21 of 35 passes for 221 yards.  The Giants are now 1 game behind the Eagles in the NFC East with a 9-5 record.

The Giants completely dominated the Vikings on both sides of the football last night.  Eli Manning was not at his best as he completed 22 of 37 passes for 187 yards with 1 TD pass and 2 INTs.  Brandon Jacobs led the way on the ground for the Giants in this game with 14 carries for 116 yards (8.3 ypc) with 1 TD run.  Ahmad Bradshaw also had a solid game with 11 carries for 103 yards (9.4 ypc) with 1 TD run.  He also caught 5 passes for 12 yards (2.4 avg) last night.  WR Hakeem Nicks (7 rec, 96 yards) and TE Kevin Boss (4 rec, 23 yards, TD) led the way through the air for the Giants in this game.  The Giants finished up with 213 yards rushing on 28 carries (7.6 ypc) and they also completed 22 of 37 passes for 182 yards as they had possession of the ball for 32:42.

Defensively the Giants shut the Vikings’ offense down in a vice.  CB Terrell Thomas (7 tackles, 2 passes defensed), LB Jonathan Goff (6 tackles, 1/2 a sack, 1 tackle for a loss and 2 QB hits) and LB Keith Bulluck (INT) led the way for the Giants on D last night.  The Vikings finished up with 61 yards rushing on 22 carries (2.8 ypc) and they also completed 17 of 35 passes for 103 yards.  The Giants improve to 9-4 on the season as they are tied up with the Eagles in atop the NFC East and they play this weekend.
