The Giants have signed QB Anthony Wright to a 2-year contract.  This was a good move as the Giants finally have a veteran QB behind Eli Manning that they wouldn’t be scared of using in a game if something happened to Manning.  He played in 4 games last season for the Bengals and he completed all 3 of his pass attempts for 31 yards (109.7 QB Rating).  He also carried the ball 4 times for -12 yards (-3.0 avg), but all of those carries were kneel downs at the end of games that the Bengals won.  Wright has played in 28 games (19 starts) in his NFL career and he’s completed 331 of 598 (55.4%) passes for 3,578 yards with 20 TD passes and 25 interceptions (66.9 QB Rating).  He also has carried the football 79 times for 222 yards (2.8 ypc).  This was a very solid signing for the New York Giants.
