The New York Giants can clinch a playoff berth with:  1) a win and clinch strength of victory tiebreaker over Green Bay  2) a win and a Green Bay loss or tie  3) a tie and Green Bay, St. Louis, Atlanta and Carolina all lose or tie  4) Green Bay, St. Louis, Atlanta and Carolina all lose.

The Giants pretty much did themselves in this season and need some help to make the playoffs, even though they don’t deserve to make it.
