The Giants are lucky that the Seahawks called off the dogs after building a 42-3 lead in the first three quarters.  The Giants came alive in the 4th quarter scoring 27 un-answered points.  Eli Manning completed 24 of 36 passes for 275 yards with 3 TDs and 3 INTs.  Tiki Barber ran the ball 14 times for 64 yards and caught 4 passes for 14 yards.  David Tyree caught 5 passes for 72 yards and a TD.  Jeremy Shockey caught 4 passes for 58 yards.  WR Tim Carter caught 3 passes for 43 yards and a TD, Amani Toomer caught 3 passes for 29 yards and a TD.

The defense didn’t play to well.  The Giants did ok against the run, holding the Seahawks to 106 yards and only 2.6 yards per carry.  The Seahawks completed 72.7% of their passes for 227 net yards thru the air and 5 TDs!
